If your order arrives and it is not right, we'll fix it, NO DRAMA, we promise. Merchandise ordered from our store may be returned in its original condition within 30 days of the initial ship date. The initial ship date is the date your package left our warehouse and is stated in the shipping notification email. Providing the returned merchandise has not been installed or altered, and arrives at our warehouse complete and un-damaged, we will process a credit or exchange for the returned item.
Please remember that we're not able to accept parts that have been installed (or damaged while attempting to install) and/or used in any detectable manner. Returned items must be in new, re-sellable condition, including original packaging and tags. Electrical items must be sealed in original packaging.
Special Order, Closeout/Clearance, and Build-To-Order items are non-returnable in most cases. Exchanges for these items may only be approved at our discretion. Shipping charges, including return shipping are not refundable.
ADVdepot does not charge restocking fees on approved returns. However, if an item is found to not be in the agreed upon condition, as mentioned above, the return may be refused or a 15% restocking fee applied.
We want you to get your refund as quickly as possible. Returns with us are very straightforward: Simply contact us via email or phone with your order # and reason for the return. Your order # will be used as reference for your return authorization.
Returns that have not been pre-authorized may be refused.
All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped. Damaged or short shipments received through UPS must be reported the SAME DAY or no credit can be given. We hate this as much as you do, but this is a requirement by UPS. Please report damaged goods via calling us or via using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.
