Quick Turn-Around!

We ship Tuesday through Saturday. Orders for in-stock items will leave the warehouse within 1-2 business days (if not on the same day).  Orders needing immediate attention, or for expedited shipments, please contact us.

Although most items are in stock and ship same day of purchase, some items may be labeled as, Special Order or Available. These products have a lead time of between 1-14 days before we ship them out. If you need one of these items right away, or the lead time is longer than what you expect it to be, feel free to contact us. We have a few ways to speed up availability.

Some items may also be labeled as More Coming Soon. These products are what we normally stock, but are currently not in our warehouse. We're most likely working hard to replenish our supply, but encourage you to contact us if something has been coming soon for longer than you expect.

If you order an item that we do not have in stock, we will place your entire order into backorder status. If your order is domestic, and has multiple products that are not on backorder, we'll ship those right away. International orders are always held until all products are here before shipping - this reduces any brokerage and customs fees that you may pay to your local postal service.

We ship via two carriers within the US - UPS (Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight) and USPS (Express, Priority, and First Class Mail). Please use the above chart to estimate shipping time in transit.

We will ship internationally to the following countries via USPS Express, Priority, and First Class Mail when not barred from doing so by our wholesalers:

Any duties, taxes, and fees, if applicable, are not included in the postage paid, and must be paid by the customer directly. If duties and/or taxes are assessed, most countries will collect from the recipient a customs clearance and delivery fee in addition to the duties and taxes. This fee is authorized by international postal agreements to reimburse the delivery service for the costs it incurs in clearing the items through customs and collecting duties at the time of delivery.

Please also note that transit time for international shipments may take as long as 30-60 days depending on the customs department of the destination country.  Please see the above chart for estimted shipping times.
